Sabine is not only a great coach but she’s also a certified dietician. Her classes are mostly choreographed to House beats but she’ll spice it up once in a while with other genres.

With his knowledge as a former professional swimmer, Alessandro knows exactly how to challenge and tone your body. His workouts are a great combination of challenging and smoothness.

Over my second pregnancy, I suffered from back and shoulder pain so I started pilates which is great for spinal and pelvic alignment. Now after five months of the workout my pain gradually disappeared and I could find the balance of the body. The great thing about the trainer, Dahee, is that she analyses the problem of the body every class and helps me to practice in the right posture and to improve the balance and stability.

Most of the time, I work in sitting position and looking at the computer screen for a long time without much break. By this work habit, I often had a back pain and uncomfortable shoulder pain every now and then. However, after the pilates class, all the pain is gone and I know now how to keep my posture straight with much help of Dahee! Thanks for helping me to design my body in a healthy way!
